Finding Meaning in the Forgotten Life of Tennessee Format: other

Join author and photographer, Kyle King, as he finds meaning in the decaying buildings found within Tennessee's borders. Along with photographs of abandoned buildings, Finding Meaning in the Forgotten life of Tennessee presents readers with rich and interesting history and focuses on the lessons humanity can learn from these forgotten buildings.

It is easy to forget that life is short and lose sight of what is truly important. The author's goal is to inspire readers to reflect on their own life and see the world differently. The tone of this book follows two philosophies: momento mori, "Remember you have to die," and momento vivere, "Remember you have to live."

KYLE KING is a professional writer and artist, specializing in oil, acrylics, spray paint, and photography. He has travelled to other countries such as Thailand, Australia, Costa Rica, and many more to seek inspiration while searching for a better understanding of life. After many years of traveling, he decided to take a different approach on his quest to understand life. Kyle then spent it exploring the ruins of life's past, roaming the historic, profound, and decayed abandoned buildings. He roams physically into the past to gain insight of the future and an understanding of the present.
