About the Author

She completed a master’s degree in business administration at the University of Southern California. She is a management consultant and also the author of Finding Peace: Letting Go and Liking It and Finding Time: Breathing Space for Women Who Do Too Much. Paula lives and writes in southern California with her husband and two daughters.
