Finding Rest Guiding Workbook

A guided journey through the chapters of best-selling book, Finding Rest

"Jon knows, better than most, what it means to battle anxiety and how to forge a path to victory."

--Kirk Cameron

Anyone who--like Jonathon M. Seidl--faces battles with anxiety, OCD, or depression, knows how valuable it can be to have someone by your side in the fight. Now in this companion workbook to the best-selling book, Finding Rest, readers can have just that.

Jon has built this incredible workbook to not only let him delve more deeply into the actions needed to deal with mental health, but to encourage others to do the same with themselves. Here he walks through each chapter of Finding Rest, focusing on a relevant biblical text, and asking leading questions, both thought-provoking and therapeutic. Each section also contains steps to take action on what you've learned, and a prayer action to move into conversation and healing with God.

Beyond the content of the workbook itself, the chapters open with a link to a video session with Jon. In these videos, he shares personal stories and struggles, lessons he's learned, and ways for every reader to connect these experiences with their own journey.

In this larger, 7 x 10 size, there's plenty of white space for journaling and notes. It's a perfect pairing for the best-selling book, and a much-needed next step on the journey toward finding true rest.
