Finding Your Rhythm

Finding Your Rhythm: Reclaiming the Joy of Daily Time with God

Why does the spiritual life that once energized you now feel like one more item on an impossible to-do list?

You know you should pray more. Read your Bible daily. Spend time in worship. But between work demands, family responsibilities, and the constant ping of notifications, your quiet time keeps getting pushed aside. Days turn into weeks, and the guilt accumulates while your spiritual vitality slowly drains away.

You're not alone-and you're not failing.

In Finding Your Rhythm, discover why traditional approaches to spiritual disciplines often create more frustration than formation. This isn't another book telling you to wake up earlier or try harder. Instead, you'll learn how to build sustainable spiritual practices that actually fit your real life-not someone else's idealized version of it.

Inside, you'll discover:

• Why "quiet time guilt" is sabotaging your relationship with God-and how to break free
• The three core practices that anchor every thriving spiritual life (and how to customize them for your personality and season)
• Practical strategies for praying consistently when your mind won't stop racing
• How to read Scripture in ways that nourish rather than just inform
• The difference between spiritual disciplines and religious performance
• Creating sacred rhythms in chaotic schedules without adding more overwhelm
• How to recover when you fall off track (because you will and that's okay)

This book meets you where you are: exhausted, distracted, and hungry for something more than dutiful religious routine. Through biblical wisdom, pastoral insight, and grace-filled practical guidance, you'll rediscover that time with God isn't another burden to bear; it's the lifeline you've been missing.

Stop striving. Start abiding. Find your rhythm with God today.
