To her detriment, Kingma often slips into a cliched, self-help, fortune-cookie language, yet she does offer clear advice on honing some of the skills needed for personal analysis and growth. Overall, this title offers a wise approach to a well-explored topic. Recommended for pop psychology and self-improvement collections in public libraries.
