Finding Your Way

Writing with both humor and wisdom, Arlene Meyer has gathered a collection of thoughtfully composed weekly messages as a guide for navigating through life so that we may grow in love and understanding and discover that the essence of our existence is our connection to each other, our higher selves, and the divine.

Arlene Meyer has been inspiring and empowering people for more than twenty years. She uses her own life experiences of turning a life of addiction, illness, and debt into one of prosperity, wholeness, peace, and health to guide individuals, couples, families, and groups into transforming their lives to live life the way they would like. Arlene's passion is to encourage others to design and manifest a life that is in harmony with their soul's purpose. For more than ten years, she has worked with people seeking to start new lives or a new chapter in their lives, whether it is because of recovery, retirement, major life changes, or the desire to do something more with their lives. She has helped others build their dreams, accelerate their results, and create richer, more fulfilling lives. She offers inspiring talks, workshops, and transforming in-depth coaching programs that help others achieve new heights of health, success, meaning, and spiritual aliveness. Arlene is also the author of Seven Day to Becoming a Vegetarian, an easy-to-follow cookbook for those wanting to add healthy options to their diet.
