Not Finished Yet: How Men Rebuild After Heartbreak, Loss, and Starting Over

What happens when a man loses not just a relationship, but the life built around it?

Not Finished Yet is a raw, honest, and straight-talking book about what really happens after heartbreak.

This is not a book about blame.
It is a book about rebuilding.

When a long relationship ends, men are often expected to keep quiet, stay busy, and “get on with it.” But behind the silence can be loneliness, identity loss, financial pressure, health struggles, anxiety, and the feeling that life has quietly fallen apart.

In Not Finished Yet, Robert Lee Daniels shares a deeply personal and relatable journey through heartbreak, emotional collapse, mental strain, self-doubt, and recovery — and what it takes to start again when the life you thought you had is gone.

This book is for men who are:

• struggling after a breakup or separation
• trying to rebuild confidence and purpose
• dealing with loneliness, stress, or emotional burnout
• looking for honest words rather than empty clichés
• ready to start over, one step at a time

Inside, you’ll find reflection, truth, perspective, and a powerful reminder that being broken is not the end of the story.

You are still here.
That means there is still something left to build.

You are not finished yet.
