Fire Hawk

The conclusion of the Hawk trilogy, set in medieval Wales, follows Jenna Hawk as she embarks on a quest to find the magnificent warrior called Kane, the last hope of saving her home and her clan from an ancient enemy. Original.

Long ago, in a time of mists and magic, there existed an enchanted place known as the Glade. Protected for centuries from the warring outside world by magic, its peaceful people never learned the ways of war. When the boundaries of the Glade are breached and the clan is threatened, the young and beautiful Jenna is sent on a quest to find a great warrior to save them. But Kane, the legendary warrior she seeks, is a man scarred by a past filled with betrayal and mistrust. He refuses to return to the Glade with Jenna, but agrees to train her in the art of war in return for her innocence. Kane soon learns that Jenna isn't only a woman whose body he craves, but the one woman that owns his soul. Can these two powerful, impassioned people find a way to save Jenna's clan without costing Kane his life? --Lois Faye Dyer
