It includes a very brief description of the nature of the business/building. A great reference for business activity of the time. Also includes a 2-page description of the Fire Fighting Facilities of Eau Claire, Wisconsin at the time. Some wear at the corner tips. Just a bit of light surface rubbing, and a 1/2" opaque stain on the front board. Else clean. There is an inkstamp of the previous owner/business-name on a few pages. There is a list on the inner front cover, denoting the updates that have been added. Some smudging to the title page, and a small inked note on the verso of the title page.
