He is an expert in interviewing and currently serves as Deputy Chief in the Wilton, CT Fire Department. Bill Peltz was an award-winning, master classroom teacher for nearly forty years before starting his own education-based businesses. He is an expert in test design and high-stakes test preparation, has run statewide to international level professional development programs, and has lectured on the application of brain science to education. He is the author of over 200 papers and books, and he teaches a firefighter exam and interview prep course at Norwalk (CT) Community College.
