Firefighter Finn and the Treasure Map!: When a Mysterious Map Leads Finn and Sparky Through Forest, Bridge, Waterfall, Canyon, and Cave

When a mysterious old treasure map rolls out of Blaze's storage compartment one Tuesday morning - yellowed with age, tied with a faded red ribbon, and signed by Firefighter Tom from 1974 - Firefighter Finn knows the greatest adventure of his life has just begun.

The map shows a route through Maplewood Forest, across the Old Rope Bridge suspended above a deep green gorge, past the spectacular rainbow spray of Rainbow Falls waterfall, through a rocky canyon, and deep into the darkness of the Whispering Cave - where a bold red X marks the spot and the words THE TREASURE HERE are written in old-fashioned letters.

Firefighter Tom's message on the back of the map says: I hid the most beautiful secret in all of Maplewood. Only a brave heart can find it. Follow the map. Trust your crew.

So Finn sets off on the greatest adventure with Blaze the big red fire truck and Sparky the Dalmatian - and what unfolds is a journey through spectacular landscapes, unexpected moments of comedy, and discoveries about what treasure really means.

Through Maplewood Forest where Sparky chases squirrels and returns with a leaf on his nose. Across the rope bridge where Sparky takes an unexpected tumble and acquires a daisy on his collar. Past Rainbow Falls where Sparky walks absolutely straight into the waterfall spray and gets completely soaked. Through rocky canyons where Blaze navigates with professional precision. And into the Whispering Cave where they finally discover what Firefighter Tom hid fifty years ago.

The treasure is nothing like anyone expected - and it is more wonderful than anything Finn could have imagined.

Perfect for children ages 3 to 8 who love adventure, discovery, friendship, and stories about following your dreams even when you do not know where they will lead. This is a book about the treasures we find when we trust our crew, follow the map, and keep our hearts brave.
