Firefly

There are some who believe that the honor of a samurai is reserved for men. But they are wrong.

Born into a lineage of samurai, her fate seemed destined to revolve around serving her elder sister and obeying her father's commands. However, everything changes when her brother introduces her to the ways of the onna-bugeisha—a warrior woman of the samurai.

Embracing her newfound identity as a samurai, Keiko steps into a realm where she must defend her family's honor. When her sister faces disgrace, Keiko embarks on a journey to the Floating World, Edo's pleasure district. There, amidst a landscape of intrigue and allure, she seeks both vengeance and the chance to experience life beyond the confines of her upbringing.

As Keiko navigates the complexities of loyalty, duty, and self-discovery, Firefly illuminates a tale of resilience, courage, and the indomitable spirit of a warrior woman breaking free from the constraints of tradition.
