Book is in fair condition with heavy wear to the spine, corners, and edges. There is also moderate staining and scattered markings on the cover. The page edges have heavy toning and the first endpage has been torn free. The binding has also been cracked at several points throughout the book( a few have the webbing showing), but all pages are still secure.
