Many photo illustrations. Hinges partially cracked. Cover worn but silver stamped vignette of Bryan in silver very clear. Title on spine and front cover in gold stamping. An extensive telling of the campaign of 1896, the events leading to his nomination, the first whistle stop campaign conceived by Bryan, a biography of Bryan and the political climate of the era. Also contains the text of a number of his speeches.
