409pp. The covers are detached but present. The backstrip is worn away, but I found the actual square title label from the backstrip inside the book, so it could be repaired! The pages are all still solidly bound together. There are 10 advertising pages at the end, and it is possible that one or more are missing. It appears that someone - perhaps a frustrated student - has stabbed the book, resulting in a wound (visible in the pictures) penetrating the front cover and the first fifty pages, but the damage is slight, disfiguring only a few letters per page. The pages are tanning and browning, but there appear to be no writing or markings in the text. Per the title page, this is the eighth edition. (63113). Seller Inventory # 63113

Standard shipping in the U.S. will go by USPS Media Rate; faster shipping will go by USPS Priority Mail. The shipping costs are based on most books weighing 2 - 4 pounds (1 - 2 kg). International shipping will cost more, unfortunately. Large, heavy books may require additional postage, but we will try to avoid this if we can.

If feasible, dust jackets will be placed in protective sleeves before shipping. If you don't like the protective sleeve, they are easy to remove without harming the dust jacket. We ship books protected by bubble wrap in carefully-taped boxes. For Priority Mail, we will usually box the book, then place the box inside a Priority Mail flat-rate envelope; most Priority Mail boxes are either too large or too small for individual books.

The "shipping times" are usually accurate, but delays can happen, as we have no influence on the national or international delivery industry! A tracking number for your package is available upon request. USPS Priority Mail shipping includes insurance.
