I have two theories on this, either it is a mock-up by Mr Ashworth Underwood for something which would later be published, or it could be a pamphlet which has been added to prior to binding. Either way it is 42 pages of text which has been annotated in blue ink and bound in simple green hard covers (no lettering). The title page has been handwritten. Additional photos are available upon request. When securely packed this item will weigh in the region of 199g.
