Faint previous owners initials in pen to front top edge. Book with a minor fading to edges and spine ends. Corners slightly bumped. Previous owners pen signature to front endpaper, otherwise in very good clean, sound. and bright condition. **. A good deal of revision to the text was necessary in this fourth edition as 5 years had elapsed from the previous third edition. A number of additional Afrikaans names have been included, and a section on changes in local bird life has been added to the introductory chapter.
