My First Life

Peter Blachly is FF Blachly's grandson and an author in his own right. His grandfather's manuscript was lost for more than 60 years until after the death of Peter's aunt, when it was found, still intact, under a stair in her garage. Peter took it upon himself to edit and publish the book with the help of his younger daughter, who transcribed the manuscript from FF Blachly's hand-typed pages.

Sathari Khalsa is FF Blachly's great-granddaughter and the daughter of My First LIfe's editor, Peter Blachly. Over the course of the winter of 2022, she transcribed her great-grandfather's manuscript into electronic form so that it could be edited and published by her father.
