Your First Moves to Rescue Your Back: The User-Friendly Guide to Reboot Your Back's Neural Software

Through the window of the newest technology, neuroscientists are astounded to discover that babies actually create their own neural pathways by their play within their environment. This means that as an infant, you created all of your abilities to see, to speak, to move, to rest, to love, and to unfold as an individual. This astounding approach guides you to recalibrate your muscle tension, releasing muscle spasm, and reclaiming your innate healthy patterns of movement. This internationally popular course will provide you with the “neural language” to address a wide variety of back pains, as well as the problems that may affect your jaw, neck, shoulders, hips, knees, and feet. As a companion to the recordings of Your First MovesTM, Felicia has created the innovative Your First Moves JournalTM, that features detailed illustrations for easy reference, and journal questions to encourage your participation with each class, as well as to record the specific benefits you may discover. The Journal also encourages you to note your own observations as you explore the “somatic koanS” of how you can become a “merciful master” of your own body and of “increasing the level of pleasure and joy that you can endure.”
