First edition, hardcover, the front hinge is just starting but remains solid, and the book also has a light lean to the binding, soiling to the cloth with most spots near the edges, areas of light soiling to the end pages, some effaced marks to the front fly leaf, a "Distributed by DeVorss & Co." inside penciled parentheses at the tail of the title page, and light pencil marks to the margins of the text, which mainly appear in the first half of the book.
