This book, part of a series of commemorations marking the 400th anniversary of Martin Luther's birth, is a collection of his most influential works. Firstly, there is his 'Address to the Nobility of the German Nation' in which he criticizes ecclesiastical and papal abuses. Then come his '95 Theses' which began the process of reform, and his treatises on 'Christian Liberty' and 'The Babylonian Captivity of the Church' in which he expounded his theological ideas.
