First Principles

Have you ever wondered why your brain functions the way it does? Or how your brain

developed in utero? And what does the tongue have to do with any of that?

The Continuum is the first in-depth examination of how the human body develops in utero and

how it continues to affect our everyday lives. How one of the smallest moments in time, a

moment so tiny it can easily be dismissed, can lead to a flow-on effect of lifelong health

complications across multiple specialties. How breathing sleep and airway fragmentation alter

our function, and capacity to be our best selves.

Challenge yourself to broaden your knowledge and understanding of how the human body

develops and functions as a whole. Fill in the missing links as to how and why neurodiversity

perpetuates itself. Deeply examine how the body functions as a whole through the continuum of

development, and how your area of specialty knowledge interacts with, and impacts on, others.

Come join us on the journey of the Continuum.
