Mr. Adams retired from the U.S. Army Chemical Corps with a rank of Lieutenant Colonel. He has decades of experience in nuclear, biological and chemical warfare, counterproliferation, and homeland security. Mr. Marquette was an Operations Analysis with ANSER with experience in antiterrorism, force protection, counterintelligence, physical security, humanitarian assistance, and WMD. He also brings to this work experience as a firefighter/paramedic delivering emergency response.
