DR KATE MIDDLETON is Director of Anorexia and Bulimia Care, a charity working to support all who suffer because of eating disorders. She has a professional background in medicine and psychology and a specialist interest in eating disorders and associated problems.

Jane Smith is the Director of Anorexia Bulimia Care. Dr Kate Middleton is a psychologist and author of several self-help books, including Eating Disorders: The Path to Recovery.
