Along with my wife Jessica, I co-founded The Wolf Real EstateGroup in 2006. Together, it has been our commitment to support our clients withaccurate information and knowledge that will help them make good choices withtheir investments. 

In working with many of ourfirst-time home buyers, I was compelled to help offer them the information theyneed to make good decisions and avoid pitfalls when buying their first home.So, in 2010, I published "The First Time Homebuyer Book" to help guidefirst time homebuyers with the biggest purchase decision of their lives. 

Over the years, it has becomeapparent that learning how to protect and grow that investment can bechallenging as well. My latest book, "The First Time Home InvestorBook" helps homeowners and investors grow their wealth through investmentreal estate. It is created to share investment information and offer thecritically important steps to becoming financially independent for the firsttime investor.

Writing these books for our clientsand serving on multiple committees within the local San Diego Association ofRealtors is important to me; it offers my wife and I the opportunity to giveback to my community and usher in a fresh and positive perspectives for thefuture of Real Estate.
