His career spans the U.S. Air Force, K-12 education leadership, and global corporate L&D, where he has designed and delivered leadership and operational training programs across borders, languages, and business units. He has launched global curricula reaching thousands of leaders, built onboarding frameworks for complex operations environments, and partnered with teams worldwide to develop the capability and confidence of people stepping into leadership for the first time. Patrick holds a background in instructional design, talent development, and organizational performance, and is currently a doctoral candidate in Applied Leadership.
