Based on the esteemed DK Publishing's bestselling full-size My First Word Book, this chunky little version is just right for small, curious hands. With categories such as "In the kitchen," "Toys," "In the garage," and "All about me," children can recognize and name familiar objects, as well as master new vocabulary. Photographs of related items (teapot, blender, spoon, saucepan) with the associated word help young readers categorize objects and connect words to images.
