Nowadays there is an urgent need for proper management of tax and revenues between the central and state governments. Eventhough goernment has constituted 12th Finance commision to enqire the maters relating to the distribution of revenues between the federal setup but the government was not able to achieve the desired result. Because of the debt burden and mounting of its overdues has been alarmingly increasing.
