Philemon is a pastor in the Lutheran Church and Evie is a teacher who has become a full-time artist. They are friends, but is that all? When Evie joins the crew of a tall ship sailing out of the Port, will he forget her? But trouble starts when he attends a Buddhist temple and he flees to Kathmandu. Meanwhile she washes up halfway around the world in Venice.
