About the Author

Rocky Snyder is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, and an NSCA-Certified Personal Trainer. Rocky was voted "Best Personal Trainer" in Santa Cruz County for 1999 & 2000 by Good Times Magazine. He is the co-founder of the Pleasure Point Athletic & Wellness Center. Rocky received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Literature from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. He currently lives and surfs in Santa Cruz, California.
