Fair rating due to the heavy center spine crease. The book lies open at the crease and shows minor starting in the binding- no loose pages. Three pages with creased upper corners; pins were used as place markers on two pages causing a few holes and creases, several surrounding pages bent from the round heads on the pins. Still very functional, clean inside and out.
