Five Little Penguins Help a New Friend

It's a beautiful day where the Five Little Penguins live. A perfect day for playing outside. A perfect day for their favorite game, baseball. But just as one of our five little friends is about to hit a home run, they all hear a strange sound coming from the woods. Of course, they have to investigate. And that is how they meet their new friend, Nellie, the forest gnome. But that is only the beginning of the adventure. Now it is up to the Five Little Penguins to help Nellie find her way home. Will they succeed?

This fun book about friendship and helping someone in need includes a link to Nanny BluJae's song The Friendship Bop. Scan the QR code in the back of the book and start singing right along.

Nanny BluJae loves to write stories about penguins (or dogs), she loves to sing songs about penguins (or pandas), and sometimes she writes a story about penguins (or llamas, flamingos, or any other animal you can think of) and then sings about it. Being a professional singer while also working in the medical field for many years, focusing mainly on pediatric care, and having earned a degree in child psychology, the character of Nanny BluJae combines Jae's love for children, wanting to help them grow, learn, and understand the world, while having fun, as well as provide a creative outlet for her writing, singing, and performing skills. Her books usually contain a link to a fun song about the characters in the story. This is always a big hit with the little ones, whenever she does a live reading at a school, library, or other venue.

He draws with pencil on paper, he paints with light in a camera, and sometimes he organizes pixels in an altogether peculiar fashion, using a stylus on a glass screen. And sometimes, when no one is watching, he likes to produce music, so Nanny BluJae can sing about her stories. A working musician for over 30 years, living among the hustle and bustle of New York City, Casual-T recently moved to greener and much quieter pastures, and rediscovered his long lost passion for the visual and graphic arts. So, between producing music for Nanny BluJae, and hunting flowers and sunsets with his camera, close to the old farmhouse he now lives in, he loves to illustrate Nanny BluJae's stories. Sometimes it may be a story about Five Little Penguins, a dog who loves eggs, Manda the Panda, Hannah the Llama, or Domingo the Flamingo, but whatever the story is about, it is always meant to bring joy and laughter to young and old. If Casual-T's illustrations help achieve this, it's well worth all the spilled watercolor and pencil shavings stuck in his beard... (It's a long story!)
