Five Practices for Children

Can children really understand and take on the five practices of Radical Hospitality, Passionate Worship, Intentional Faith Development, Risk-Taking Mission and Service, and Extravagant Generosity? The answer is a resounding, 'yes' Using the best-selling Five Practices of Fruitful Congregations as its foundation, Five Practices for Children features five teaching sessions on each of the practices made engaging for children by educator Rita Hayes. Incorporating Five Practices for Children into the congregational program will truly make Five Practices of Fruitful Congregations a church-wide initiative. Each chapter outlines one of the practices and includes: a workshop for leaders; lesson plans with reproducibles to help preschool children, elementary children, and tweens take action; suggestions for families; and stories about children who practice Radical Hospitality, Passionate Worship, Intentional Faith Development, Risk-Taking Mission and Service, and Extravagant Generosity
