Five Weeks to a Five: Preparation for the AP Calculus AB Exam, Third Edition, is designed to help the classroom teacher prepare their students for the AP Calculus AB Exam. In this book are twelve Lessons which provide focused and targeted review of each topic assessed on the AB Exam. Each Lesson concludes with fifteen multiple-choice problems and two free-response problems in the style of the AP Exam questions. Also included are four complete, full-length practice AB exams, in the style and format of the AB Exam. A separate answer and solutions book is also available. The book has been classroom tested over seven years.

Chuck Garner holds a Ph.D. in mathematics and has been a teacher since 1994. Since 2001, he teaches mathematics at the Rockdale Magnet School for Science and Technology, and since 2002 has taught Calculus AB and BC. He also sponsors the school's award-winning Math Team. He is a member of the American Mathematical Society, the Canadian Society for the History and Philosophy of Mathematics, the TeX Users Group, the Mathematical Association of America, the Georgia Council of Teachers of Mathematics, and the Georgia Association of AP Math Teachers. He has served on the MAA Board of Governors, the MAA Congress, and the Georgia Department of Education's Math Advisory Council, as well as Vice-President and as Treasurer of GCTM, as Secretary-Treasurer of GAAPMT, and as the MAA representative to the Mu Alpha Theta Governing Council.
