The Fixed Operations Playbook: The Fixed Operations Operating System: From Leadership to Execution (Morrison Leadership Library)

Great Fixed Operations performance does not happen by accident. It is built through leadership, disciplined processes, accountability, and consistent execution. The Fixed Operations Playbook - Volume I takes leaders beyond theory and into the daily disciplines required to build a high-performing automotive Fixed Operations organization. Drawing on decades of real-world Fixed Operations leadership and consulting experience, Larry Morrison presents a practical operating system for turning leadership expectations into repeatable execution. Inside Volume I, you will learn how to establish a leadership-driven operating system, improve consistency and efficiency, strengthen the customer experience, improve scheduling and workflow, manage WIP, identify bottlenecks, develop people, measure performance, and build greater accountability throughout Fixed Operations. This is not a book about chasing one month's numbers. It is about building the system that produces the numbers. Whether you are a Dealer Principal, General Manager, Fixed Operations Director, Service Manager, Parts Manager, Service Advisor, or emerging automotive leader, Volume I provides a practical framework for creating an operation that performs with greater clarity, consistency, accountability, and purpose. Build the system. Lead the team. Deliver the results.
