Try not to leave your book opened and unattended, it may go off in search of you, or it may decide to go on a quest without you. When closed and feeling secure in a drawer or on a bookshelf, the book will doze peacefully until you return.

Fizzlewick’s Background

Let me tell you a little about the Eternal Citadel – home to the legendary Fizzlewick’s Schools of Magick. Historians believe that it had been frozen, buried in snow, and dormant for thousands of years before a brief flicker of magick gave it new life. But that’s a much longer story to uncover.

About the Author

Hi, my name is John Farnell and I'm the author of the Fizzlewick’s Series. These books were inspired by my fascination with Medieval and Renaissance history and artwork such as woodcut prints, etchings, engravings, and manuscripts.

With these books, I hope to share some of that fascination and joy with others by finding fun and novel new ways to enjoy the spirit and potency of Medieval and Renaissance art periods.
