Eric Bauer is the founder and lead educator for FlightBridgeED, LLC. He has worked in the EMS field for 24 years with the past 13 years spent in the HEMS industry. Eric is an internationally recognized author, speaker and educator and still works in the field as a Flight Paramedic for the largest air medical services in the world. He has spoken on many critical care topics as an educator, and has authored and published 90 critical care podcasts related to the HEMS industry, with over 900,000 downloads in the first 3 years of publication and listeners in 82 countries. His most recent work has focused on writing and publishing the #1 Best Seller: Ventilator Management - A Pre-Hospital Perspective".
