The ultimate outcome is to provide teachers with ideas that will help improve student achievement. Matthew Ogles was born in Tennessee and grew up in a very small town on a farm. He graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History and with a Masters of Education Degree in Administration and Supervision. He has been an educator for several years in the state of Tennessee, where he teaches both U.S. History and World History while also serving as the Social Studies Department Head. Bogan is native to the small farming community of Sabina, Ohio. Brent currently resides with his wife and son in Tennessee. Bogan attended Middle Tennessee State University, where he received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Geosciences, a Master of Education Degree in Administration & Supervision, and an Education Specialist Degree with an emphasis in Curriculum & Instruction. In his free time, he enjoys playing guitar, spending time with his family, and traveling. He has been a classroom educator since 2006, currently serves as the department chair of social studies at the high school where he teaches, and is continuously testing and applying innovative lessons to help his students learn and improve their academic achievement.
