Shipping terms
Shipping costs are based on books weighing 1.5 lbs, or 0.7 kg. If your book
order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required.
We ship out of the U.S. every Tuesday because it will save the customer
money. US and International orders are processed on Mondays, if you place your order on Monday evening,
your book will be shipped the following Tuesday from the U.S.
If you would prefer to have the book shipped within a day of your order from Canada,
we will charge Canadian postal rates which are significantly more expensive.
