Synopsis
When adventurous FBI Agent Del Dickerson accidentally parachutes into a grove of trees in California, he is rescued by lovely Greenwich Village band singer, Kerry Vita, hiding from the New York mob in her aunt's isolated mountain cabin with damning payoff records. Tending his broken leg, she falls in love. Bumbling Mafia hit men, Loose Louis Milano and Sulfur Sal Rinalti, race west from New York to recover the records and kill Kerry. FBI Agents, and Del's Amerasian fiancée, Anna Chen, frantically search for him, and a female Agent is taken captive in a bizarre nudist camp. Rushing from Reno is a second team of skilled killers dispatched to obliterate the evidence. Rescuers and assassins converge simultaneously, igniting chaotic action. About the Author
Jim Healy is a 32-year FBI veteran who chased spies and bank robbers before directing the famed Ten Most Wanted Fugitives Program at J. Edgar Hoover's FBI Headquarters. A Detroit native, Navy veteran, and Michigan State Journalism graduate, he writes with knowledge and humor about some of the colorful characters he encountered before retiring to his comfortable retreat on Virginia's Chesapeake Bay.
