Begun as a pilot program at the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota, Focus on Theology was developed for adults who have a desire to learn or renew their understanding of the Catholic faith tradition. Since its inception, this theological faith formation program has expanded, bringing participants face-to- face with the fundamental concepts of the faith.

O'Leary is coordinator of the Focus on Theology program at the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota. She holds an MA in education from Loyola University in Chicago.
