Nonpareil Books, 1959, Boston. Soft Cover. Book Condition: Very Good. Dust Jacket Condition: None. Assumed first edition, third print with a very lonely "3" on the last line of print on the copyright page. 8" x 5-3/8", 274 numbered pages; one-piece lightly textured paper binding. Book has been read but is still in very good condition. The exterior is reasonably clean, it is square, hinges tight, corners not bumped, no dings on edges, head and heel of spine undamaged, spine not damaged in any fashion. The interior is also very good: it is free of stains, folded corners or any other sort of paper damage; there is an inked name/date/city on the FFEP and there are about 30 pages that have inked markings (no highlighting!) on them (very brief marginal notes and brackets mostly, none of which are intrusive or distracting); pages are tight; hinges are tight and undamaged; spine is not cracked or otherwise damaged; no distortion of the book from reading or improper shelving. Condition of book consistent with being gently read. No other discernible or objectionable faults on book or jacket such as stains, tears, chips, or other damage that would diminish its appearance. No remainder mark, no other previous owner markings or inscriptions, not price clipped, not a book club edition, not a former library book.…
