The land contains messuages, outbuildings, farm lands and premises belonging to Henry Metcalfe, ay Hawstead, Suffolk, known by the name of Church Farm, which still exists today, on Church Rd, Bury St Edmunds - Containing 125 acres. The agreement also extends to all that messuages or farm lands, cottages etc, at Hawstead, belonging to Robert Goodchild - 40 acres. John Mothersole, in addition to the �25 yearly on Metcalfe's land, he must find straw for thatching, though Metcalfe will pay for the work to be done. Signed by John Mothersole in the presence of C.
