Working through the life of Moses’s servant, Joshua, this inspiring manuscript teaches people how to be successful in life and explores how that term should even be defined. The text provides the scripture and exegesis needed to fully explain to readers how they can learn to achieve their goals and reach their dreams, just like Joshua did—by following God’s leading, timing, and plan.

About the Author
Born in Youngstown, Ohio, in 1941 to immigrant parents Elizabeth and Michael Milts, Ron was taught that "being in business for yourself is the American dream." As successful business owners and proud Americans, Ron's parents taught him the advantages of free enterprise. So it was no surprise that in 1965, Ron became a top Realtor within the first three months of selling real estate with Brinkerhoff Realty in Riverside, California. By 1970, he was contracting in the earth-moving business in the Riverside and Corona areas of Southern California. In 1976, he also became a loan officer for a mortgage broker, and by 1978 owned Ron Milts Real Estate in Corona. He moved in 1982 to the Palm Springs area to join Gary Anderson and Directors Mortgage as a sales manager and new loan officer trainer. For the next ten years as a top loan producer/manager, Ron taught goal setting and motivation to hundreds upon hundreds of new agents and real estate salespeople. Sadly, Gary Anderson died in 1992, and Ron moved to Monterey, California, to join forces with First Western Mortgage, where he became a top loan producer and continued to teach goal setting and business planning to Realtors and aspiring entrepreneurs. When Larry and Sharon Brumfield, the founders of First Western Mortgage, decided to retire in 2000, Ron opened First Western Residential Services in Monterey and Orange Counties and moved to San Clemente with his wife, Judy. First Western Residential was closed in 2010 so that Ron and Judy could spend more time teaching success principles, which had become a fun endeavor for them both. After installation of a left knee and a stent in the heart area, Ron decided to "slow down" a bit and moved with Judy to Rancho Cucamonga, where he promptly got busier than ever. Suddenly, there was an urge to write this book, and more and more people wanted coaching and help with goal setting.
