About the Author
John Sterner, MS, is the head football coach at Muskego High School (Muskego, WI). His 2000, 2001, and 2002 teams advanced to the Wisconsin state playoffs while breaking several school records in scoring, offense, and rushing yardage. His 2001 team made it to the WIAA division I quarterfinals, despite having the second lowest enrollment in the state s largest division. He received Coach of the Year honors in 2000, and was selected to coach for the south squad in the Wisconsin all-star Shrine Game.
