No date circa 1891 3rd new revised and enlarged edition 13 cm x 18.5 cm 93 pp + 3pp of adverts full page and text engravings + 2 maps.Iinterleaved with 31 pages with 47 tipped in photographs many with printed titles below. The contents clean and tight with no inscriptions, light dust soiling to outer margin edge of some pages. Bound in full velum with gilt title within gilt ruled decorative borders to upper cover the spine with gilt tooing. The binding clean and tight with no splits chips or marks. One of the adverts is for photographs which illustrate The Footsteps Of St Paul In Rome ,sod in packets separately or can be bound up with the work on application to Dr Russell Forbes.
