Quarto, 30 cm x 21.5 cm, 464 pp. This book is a limited numbered copy that bears the number 31 out of 100 copies. The corners of the dust jacket on the fore-edge have bumps and some wrinkling on the top of the spine of the dust jacket. The spine is fading and the upper corners of the book are bumped. There are several black and white photos along with color photos.
