All books are returnable for a full refund within 30 days of receipt if not as described and must be returned in like condition. Please inform us within 48 hours of receipt of your book(s) if you plan to return them. Please confirm availabiity of your book(s) before sending payment. We will hold books pending receipt of payment for 5 days.

Orders usually ship within 2 business days. We ship via Canada Post by air or surface mail. Shipping costs are based on books weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required.
