The Forerunner Train: The Orphans of Marlin’s Island

It’s the year 1975. Stephen Gracen, an FBI Agent-wannabe, who ended up in the gadget department instead, had no intention of setting foot on that uncharted island. A place where kidnapped victims are forced into slavery; over a hundred multi-cultural orphaned children are in desperate need of a rescue; and a wicked king dwells with mercenaries that will do anything for gold. He had enjoyed the excitement of rescuing Eliza Beckett after she was kidnapped on their first date, but his reward for heroism turned into a tsunami of chaos and peril, leaving his safe and organized life in ruins as he is now trapped in an abandoned 1950’s bomb shelter, twenty feet under the ground somewhere in Queens, New York. He is determined to use the dangerous escape tunnel and the futuristic mini-sub to return to New York. But he knows Eliza is also determined to use that mini-sub to go to the island, alone, and rescue those orphans. “She wouldn’t last five minutes without me.”
The Forerunner Train will take you on an epic journey like no other. You will laugh, cry, and even stand up and cheer for those mischievous orphans as you travel this path where love is the key to freedom but finding it can be dangerous and deceptive.
