The Forest Where The Faeries Dwell

In this exciting follow-up to Ebbé Finds His Heart, Ebbé the traveling troll leaves the North Forest for a new adventure. He goes on a trip to the mythical forest, the one the wise owl always talked about. There he meets many friends, old and new, and he sees all sorts of unique forest creatures.

Aimed at five- to ten-year-olds, this enchanting story features coloring pages that go along with the action. Ebbé the troll is serious, but he has a constant twinkle in his eye. His friends—Freefall, a young falcon he once saved, and Pinwheel and Hoverine, two delightful dragonflies—convince him to rely on his heart for this adventure. In the forest, they find Ebbé’s own faerie friend, Elyane, and they meet her four vanilla-scented sisters. In the upper side of the forest, the friends see a guide disguised as a tree, tree creatures who grow leaves on their heads, and the many faerie babies, who are energetic and naughty. But when the babies go missing, everyone must help to find them.

With charming characters and fantastical scenes, The Forest Where the Faeries Dwell is another chance for Ebbé to learn and grow.

Kauer-Ritchie grew up in Long Beach, California, and attended Polytechnic High School.
